Daylesford’s iconic Federation-style pub, The Daylesford Hotel, has been reborn after an overhaul by new publicans, hospitality veterans and Daylesford locals Anne-Marie Banting and Graham Bamford.
The renovated pub has a fresh new look in the front bar and dining room, and an upgraded beer garden out the back. The kitchen is churning out great pub classics, and the bar offers local, craft and international beers on tap along with a “really punchy list” of wines from the surrounding region.
The menu is full of our menu is full of bistro and pub classics done really well, using the best of our local produce – the sort of food you want to eat. The wine store attached to the pub has also been overhauled. All wine available in the wine store can be enjoyed all throughout the pub at a reasonable corkage.
